Reception and additional services

Welcome: in order to guarantee you a perfect stay, you will be welcomed upon your arrival by the owner who will be able to answer any questions you may have about the cottage or the region
Preparation of the rooms: upon your arrival, the beds will be made. Towels and foutas for the pool are also provided free of charge.
Baby equipment: on request, we can provide you with the necessary equipment to welcome a baby in room 1 (cot + bedding, high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer). Please let us know a few days before your arrival. This service is of course offered.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool, exclusively reserved for our guests, is open during the Middle, High and Very High Seasons (from 9 April to the end of September).
Cleaning package*: 150€ – On request, an additional cleaning service during the week is offered at the price of 30€/h. In case of a stay longer than one week, the change of sheets and household linen can be proposed on Saturday.
*compulsory: flat-rate contribution – Includes an additional phase of disinfection Covid-19 (Protocol O² Care Services).
Tourist tax: 1€ / adult / night (collected on behalf of the municipality)
Security deposit: a security deposit of 1000€ will be required on arrival; it will not be cashed and will be returned to you on departure after the inventory of fixtures.
Animal deposit: a specific deposit of 100€ will be requested; it will be returned to you within 7 days after confirmation of the absence of damage.
Other expenses: Water and electricity consumption are free.
In cold weather, the heating of the cottage (central heating) is included in the rental (the house is hot when you arrive). Wood for the living room stove is provided free of charge.
